Organizer of the prize competition determines the categories of personal data that will be collected from the participants and winners in the Rules of the raffle.
For online games of chance, for registration, the participant is required to submit the following information:
1) name and surname;
2) address;
3) day, month and year of birth;
4) email address;
5) user name;
6) password, and
7) data on the current banking account and / or credit or debit card that will perform transactions with the organizers of online games of chance, accounts services for fast transfer of funds or data to authorized system for financial transfer of funds.
The scope of the data is appropriate.

It is dependent of the Rules of the games of chance.

No.

No.
- Is the processing of personal data prescribed by this law connected to implementation of another law?
Law on profit tax.
- Are there any exceptions for processing of sensitive data? (PIN, biometrics, video surveillance)
No.
